Where does ASARAI ship?

Currently, ASARAI ships to the USA only. We will be expanding into more countries soon!


Shipping terms and conditions + delivery

Any lost package is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and any complaints or claims should be directed to the carrier. ASARAI is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from the carrier. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product you must contact carrier and file a claim with them.


What is the cost of shipping / shipping times?

Orders over $70 are free shipping. If your order is below $70, we charge a flat rate of $7.90 for standard shipping anywhere in the US. You can expect delivery in 3-7 business days.

In a rush? No problem! We also offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $25. You can expect delivery in 2 days.


When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, we process and ship it. Processing can take 1-2 business days. (Ordering after 12pm PST or the weekend will ship next business day).

Shipping confirmation

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you’ll be able to follow your little yellow box’s journey to your doorstep.
