Missing Items

"I was so excited to receive my package after a delay because the microfiber cloth was out of stock. Only to open the package and have the brush and key missing from my order. I have reached out to Customer Service twice since I received my package at the beginning on January (reached out on 1/19 and 1/27) with no response. I have yet to try the actual mask because I was really hoping to have my entire order before trying it but that doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Very disappointing especially since when I originally reached out about the delay I got a response within 24 hours."
