What is your return / exchange policy?
We offer a return or exchange within 21 days of you receiving the product. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.
How do I organize a return or exchange?
Just email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we can organize the return or exchange.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure you get your correct order asap!
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
We go to extremes to make sure our products get to their new home safe and sound, but sometimes shipping can be tough on packages. Send us an email at email@example.com and we can organize a replacement.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged once your order is placed and processed.

Right now we accept all major credit or debit cards.
